Leaders of the Future
For employees currently pursuing degrees in education, teaching, child development, non-profit management or other child serving related fields at accredited a community college or university, you may qualify for our Leaders of the Future Program. After a year of employment with no disciplinary measure, a Leader of the Future receives $2,500 tax-free towards education costs (tuition, books, or student loans) each year. - 18 years or older
- Able to work in-person (Especially during our program hours - After-School Program hours are M/T/Th/F from 2-6pm and Wednesdays 12:50pm, and available Summer Camp hours are M-F from 8:30a-5:30p).
- Submit to a criminal background check
- Hold or obtain a CPR/First-Aid Certification within one month of employment
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu (or be exempt due to health or strongly held religious reason)
- Tuberculosis clearance
